How do you cover the manufacturer’s warranty?
One reason we sell only “proven and tested machines” and we do not promote lower quality units is to make sure your purchase will last a long time. This item is not just a tool for other sellers to give you a credit to upgrade to an all metal machine that actually outlasts the warranty. We are so confident that the unit you get from us will outlast any other unit in the market and we will repair or replace your unit if fails within the 1 year warranty. We suggest buying pre punched clear covers to not over load any machine that you purchase. We also suggest you oiling/lubricating your punch dies and cleaning units monthly if not weekly. We instruct you how to care for your unit so it will last for years to come. We can send you a free loaner while we repair your unit at our shop, or if it is a larger unit we can send technicians in to anywhere in the U.S.! We suggest you calling us to diagnose the unit over the phone, and most times we can have you take care of some of the small repairs easily over the phone. Beware some companies offer you 90 day warranty and sell a maintenance agreement for the balance of the manufacturers 1 year warranty, at NBS&E we give you exactly what the manufacturer gives us.
